Jason is the Primary Broker and Owner of Incentive Realty. He also holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. He has lived in the Twin Cities his entire life and loves the area. He has been in the industry for over 14 years and continues to have a passion for Real Estate. His career started in the mortgage industry where he worked several years as a Mortgage Banker for a very successful local company. Jim Hallaway

Jim is a native of Cottage Grove, Minnesota and has spent all of his life and career in the Twin Cities area. Jim began his career in Real Estate sales and mortgage banking in 1988. Soon after that he became a licensed Real Estate Broker. He has assisted clients in closing hundreds of millions of dollars in Real Estate and Mortgage transactions. He also is an active volunteer and tries to make a positive difference in the lives of other people.
